Student Debt Workshops

Do you or someone you know struggle with student loan debt? United Academics of Philadelphia will be hosting a Student Debt Clinic to provide information to our members on how to qualify for free federal programs that can may reduce your monthly student loan payments and potentially lead to student loan forgiveness.

We will be offering two 90-minute Student Debt Clinic sessions on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:00am and 3:00pm at the UAP office, located at 1215 N 29th St (near Girard) in Philadelphia. These sessions are free to UAP members, but you must pre-register online to secure a seat.

Attendance is capped at 50 participants per session, so registration is first come, first serve. If you are unable to make it on March 18th but want to learn  more about how to reduce your student debt load, let us know. We will be planning future sessions based on member interest.

Managing your own student loan debt is just one step in our effort to fight the inequality that plagues higher education. We look forward to seeing you at one of our Student Debt Clinics on March 18th and working together to find a collective solution to the problems of student debt and college affordability.
